We have 2 full equipped surgeries in Brighton and Newhaven, both close to transport links and with fully accessible ground floor access to meet our patients wherever they might need us.

We are also one of the only clinics in East Sussex to provide sedation for nervous patients.

What we can do for you
A particularly nervous patient?
At Alfa Dental with over 20 years in the business we have seen our fair share of nervousness this is why we take it calm and slow with our patients especially those who are nervous to build a trusting rapport so we can give them the treatment they need.
With this we also offer intravenous sedation.
First time visit for the kids?
We understand that coming into a big place with bright lights and buzzing sound can be frightening for little ones which is why we allow for parents to double up with their children when having their own check-up appointments so they can familiarise themselves with the process and the place.
(plus they even get to pick a sticker for such good behaviour)
